Our in-person retreats are currently held at Black Cat Farm in Boulder, Colorado; although they have been held in the past in different, beautiful parts of the country, and occasionally, the world.

Anyone who loves creativity and using their hands. There are absolutely no prerequisites for creative nourishment. You can be: someone who's never picked up a paintbrush or sewing needle; any age or at any stage in life (who's ready for or curious about an experience like this); a working artist or trained designer looking to infuse your current practice by trying a new medium; a corporate lawyer or computer programmer in need of using your mind in a fresh way; a mom and daughter or dear friends looking to share a special experience; or even a solo traveler looking for connection and community.

Most of our retreats are designed for adults, but only you will know if your child or teenager would be ready for an experience like this. Please contact us to discuss the possibility if this is something you're interested in.

The overall cost of the retreat varies widely due to the creative medium, location, length, number of students, format, food experience and ancillary activities. Prices range from $315 to $2,895 and include all workshops, most class materials, meals, gifts, and self-care elements. Accommodations and travel are not included in the retreat packages. We provide a curated list of varied options for lodging for each retreat, and are always happy to help with specific recommendations for individual needs.

Our in-person retreats do not include travel to/from the retreat destination, lodging, travel to/from the retreat venue, and any meals not listed in the retreat package. On occasion and highly dependent on the nature of the retreat, we might ask you to bring a few materials from home that would add to the retreat experience.

There will be no refunds after a certain date prior to each retreat. No exceptions. We will accept refund requests in writing before the stated no refund date and refunds will be honored minus an administration fee. Transfers are acceptable, but we must be notified in writing of any changes and retreat fee transfers must be done directly between the parties. Due to the nature of not being able to provide refunds after our no refund date for each retreat, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

In most cases, yes! You will provide us with your diet needs and preferences details when you register. For extreme dietary needs, we'll work with you on an individual basis to make sure we can accommodate you to ensure your eating experience at our retreat is comfortable and safe.
